PRISM headquarters.
The "Prism" headquarters is a fictional building appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The building first appeared in "The Spectacular Spider-Man" #258 (August 1985), and was created by writer Tom DeFalco and artist Sal Buscema.
The building is used as the headquarters of the worldwide crimefighting organization known as the "Prismatic Corporation". The headquarters is located in New York City, and is often depicted as being on top of a tall skyscraper.
In the comics, the building has been attacked on multiple occasions by various villains, including the Green Goblin, the Rhino, Mysterio, and Electro. In one storyline, Spider-Man infiltrates the building in order to disable a dangerous device that Rhino was using to control traffic in New York City.
The building has also been used as a temporary home for Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson, as well as for the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man's allies in times of need.
In the MCU films, the building is instead located in San Francisco.
