Vault Hill City was founded in 2271, during the Great War. The city was one of the first to be established in the Valley and quickly became a center of trade and commerce. As the war progressed, Vault Hill City became a haven for refugees from the war-torn regions of the Commonwealth.
In 2280, Vault Hill City became embroiled in the nuclear war that ravaged the Commonwealth. The city was hit hard by the war, and by 2284, it was almost completely destroyed. However, the city was rebuilt over the following years and today it is a thriving metropolis.

Vault Hill City is a large, sprawling city divided into five districts: Downtown, the West Side, the North Side, the South Side, and the East Side. Each district has its own unique look and feel, with different kinds of architecture and businesses. There is also a large park in the center of the city.

The Vault Hill City headquarters is a large, two-story building. The first floor is the main entrance and reception area, with a staircase leading up to the second floor. On the second floor, there are several offices, a kitchen, and a living room. There is also a small storage room on the second floor.
There are three entrances to the building: the front entrance on the first floor, an alleyway on the east side of the building, and a back entrance on the south side of the building.
