Thunder Lands (TNDR) headquarters.
The headquarters for the Tennessee National Democratic Redistricting Committee is in Nashville, Tennessee.
The building, located at 320 7th Avenue South in downtown Nashville, was formerly the home of the Tennessee Democratic Party. It is now the headquarters for TNDR and the home of the TNDR staff.
In May 2017, TNDR filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee against the state of Tennessee over its use of gerrymandering. The suit alleges that the state's congressional and state legislative districts are unconstitutionally drawn to favor the Republican Party. TNDR is represented by the law firm of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, and the case has been assigned to Judge Aleta Trauger. On July 12, 2018, Trauger issued a preliminary injunction ordering the state to redraw its congressional and state legislative districts by February 26, 2019.
TNDR also operates a website, tndr.org, which provides information about the redistricting process and the party's efforts to change it.
