HIMAYC is a clinical stage cancer vaccine company. The company is developing a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. HIMAYC has entered into a collaboration with Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. (MSD) to provide MSD with intellectual property and clinical trial data relating to the HPV vaccine. Under the terms of the collaboration, MSD will provide financial and technical support to HIMAYC as it continues development of the vaccine.
